Flake ice machine special designes:
1. Refrigeration system: main components are imported from  USA,Germany, Japan and so on.
2. PLC programmable control system: that is the PLC programmable logic controller through the ice-making unit to open, stop automatic control, so that ice cylinder operating system and water circulation system coordinated match, to be safe and efficient operation. When the unit fails, PLC automatic shutdown protection, and the input point of fault indicator displays on the status, when the failure recovery, PLC unit receives information and automatically start to realize a full automatin control.
3. Ice flake cylinder: with the horizontal motional design, the wear-out of the system can be reduced, and gas leak avoided. It is also maintaining good precision and intensity with high grade 304 stainless steel together automatic argon-arc welding.
4. Ice skates: Screw designed scraper, feature low resistance, low  consumption,  no noise and produce ice uniform.
